TERMS & CONDITIONS, SELLING YOUR ITEMS:
CONDITION OF PRODUCT:
All product must include original studio box, package, instructions,
jewel case, etc.
Product must be in excellent condition, we will not
accept:

General: no public domain, not defective, not
bootlegged, no copies, no markings or writing on labels, studio or
manufacturer's label must be intact, no free or promotional goods,
you must have title to the item(s), we will not buy stolen goods.

VHS: no extended play, no serrations or sawtooth
marks, no cracked or broken cases or windows, no splices, no broken
flaps.

DVD or Game Disc: no defects, no scratches, labels
not torn or gouged.

Game Cartridges: Cartridge will be tested, if wrong
chip or board in cartridge are found, no money will be paid and you
will be banned from our site.

Manufacturer's Box or Packaging: No rips or tears,
no writing on package, no scotch or other type of tape, no sun
fading, no water damage, no creases or worn covers.
MUST HAVE PURCHASE / SHIPPING AUTHORIZATION:
Once you have received our quote for the purchase you
need to accept the deal. Then we email a Purchase/Shipping Authorization
and Purchase/Shipping Number.

product with out a Purchase/Shipping Authorization and Purchase/Shipping
Number. Do not ship us anything without this authorization.
SUGGESTIONS, PACKING YOUR ITEM(s):
1-2 Videos DVDs or Games - Use a padded 9 1/2 x
12 or 10 1/2 x 13 envelope.
3-more Videos DVDs or Game - Use a cardboard packing type box and make
sure it is taped properly.
When packing in a box be sure to fill empty space with
newspaper or Foam Popcorn so the item(s) did not move or rattle.
(The packing items are available at Stationery Stores
Mail Etc. and the Post Office)
If you are concerned about the value of your item(s) UPS
automatically insures each package up to $200.00 and provides more if
needed. In addition UPS has ground tracking and verification of arrival.

A. Maybe, SUPERLAND has at least 4000 used items in stock at any
time and has access to at least 10,000 more.

Will Super Star sell products which is formatted for other countries? A.
Yes and No we will only sell VHS movies on the NTSC (American Format), DVD's
which are Region 1 or Region All, however we do sell the Japanese formatted games.
