We are Super Star Video a company owned by SUPERLAND. For the purpose of our terms and conditions, policies and throughout the web site SUPERLAND and Superland are the same company.

Age Requirements:

  1. Shopping: All customers must be 18 years old or older. 
  2. Viewing Adult Pages, must be 18 years old or older.
  3. If ordering Adult or R-Rated product customer must electronically sign verification that they are 18 years old or older. 

Payment, Credit Cards Accepted: 

All superstarvideo.com items are priced in United States dollars. We currently accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, American Express Optima, Discover/Novus, JBC and Dinners Club.

Payment by Check / Money Orders / Credit Card:

At superstarvideo.com we accept U.S. Checks and U.S. Money Orders for purchases shipping inside of the U.S. All international orders must be paid via credit card. Payment will be accepted in U.S. funds only.

Sorry we do not take company purchase orders.

Credit Card: Credit card orders are shipped upon credit card authorization. We will charge the credit card only when we have verified we have your item(s) in stock or if it is available from our distributor's. If any item(s) are not available we will contact the customer and ask if they want to back order the item or cancel it.

Checks & Money Orders: If you choose to pay by this method, please note that we cannot begin assembling your order until after we receive your check or money order and the funds have cleared. When you choose to order by check or money order, you will receive an e-mail containing the total amount due and the mailing address to which to send your payment. If we cannot fill all or part of your order in a timely fashion, we will issue a refund check and mail it to your shipping address unless otherwise notified. Also superstarvideo.com charges a $20 processing fee for any checks returned by the bank.

Sales Tax Information:

It is the policy of superstarvideo.com to charge 8.25% sales tax to all items delivered to any address in California. superstarvideo.com is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states.

SHIPPING NOTES:

  1. * Delivery Time is after the order is completed.
  2. Orders received (an it the item is in stock) will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Orders received  on Saturday Sunday or on a Holiday will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business  next day.
  3. Next Day & Second Day deliveries to P.O. boxes, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses are not available.
  4. We ship in discrete packages, so only you know what is in the box when it arrives. So if you like , we can even ship it to your work place.
  5. To fill your order of more than one item we might ship a partial order, depending on the status of backorders, we may ship in more than one package. Please check the packing slip for the item(s) status.
  6. Federal Express & UPS deliveries are NOT available to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Federal Express & UPS do NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

 VCR STANDARDS & DVD REGIONAL CODING,
 CONCERNS FOR  INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
  1. NTSC VHS Standard: All Video Tapes are produced in the NTSC (American Standard). These tapes will not play on the PAL (Europian Standard) or SECAM (French & Russian Standard) Video Tape Recorders. 
  2. General DVDs Regional Codes: All of our DVDs are Region 1. DVD's and DVD players sold in the United States, Canada, and Mexico are usually coded for Region 1.
  3. Adult DVDs: At this time, all Adult DVD's do not contain any regional coding, so no matter where you are or where your DVD player comes from, you can enjoy Adult top quality DVD titles.
International Orders - Customer Verification Process:
Due to the high rate of international fraud we have implemented a strict International customer verification process, for the following criteria:
  1. If an individual order is over $75
  2. There is excessive ordering by your account or to the same shipping address.
  3. Your order receives a high fraud rating or looks suspicious of fraud.
  4. Your phone number or email or billing address is invalid.

We request a copy of your credit card statement showing billing address and a copy of your credit card 

All fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of your local laws.
International  Ordering, Customer Agreement:
Customs: Before ordering any products, especially Adult Videos or Adult Goods please familiarize yourself with the customs regulations of your country with regard to the censorship and customs laws. 

Customers placing an international order, automatically agree to the following policies. SUPERLAND and/or any of our affiliates (The Company) shall not be responsible for: 

  1. Customer shall abide by all custom rules and regulations.
  2. The Company is not liable for packages that are confiscated by customs.
  3. The Customers will be charged for any fees incurred by refused shipments.
  4. The Company is not liable for any lost orders containing Adult Materials.
  5. The Company is not liable for US Postal Service shipments that are lost.
  6. The Company will not pay for International duty taxes and any incurred taxes will be charged back to the customers.
  7. The Company shall not be responsible to honor a refund to a customer who orders the wrong (VHS STANDARD) or (DVD REGIONAL CODING
  8. The Comany does not devalue the cost of goods sold.
FAQ's International Orders:
Question: Is it true that I maybe asked to fax my credit information?
Answer: Yes. The only information that we need to see is a photocopy of your credit card along with a credit card statement showing your billing address. We can accept driver's license, passport and bank/credit card statements. Please black out any information that is private.

Question: Will I have to fax my credit information every time I order?
Answer: No. This is a one time inconvenience. Once your account is verified you will not have to provide this information again.

Question: Why do I have to fax you my credit card information when I already entered it on-line?
Answer: We require this information in order to postively verify your account.

Warranties:

All new products are guaranteed to be free of defects by the studios or manufacturers. SUPERLAND guarantees Pre-Viewed movies and games for 30 days.

NEW PRODUCT: If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 30 days and follow the return instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund for the cost of the product. (Shipping charges can not be refunded).

PRE-VIEWED PRODUCT: If you have received damaged, or defective, please notify Customer Service within 30 days and follow the return instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge. We will be happy to exchange it for you, for the same title or a store credit if it is not available. (Shipping charges can not be refunded).

If incorrectly shipped merchandise or you decide you just changed your mind, follow the return instruction below. (Merchandise must be unopened, in its original shrink wrap). We can not exchange any Pre-Viewed Product that has been opened.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION:  All returns must be approved by Customer Service. Once validated a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is issued. At that time, Customer Service will generate a new order and replace the item(s). All returns must display the Return Authorization number on the outside of each box, along with the customer’s return address. Returns received at our facility without an authorization will be refused on delivery.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 30 days and follow the return instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund for the cost of the product. (shipping charges can not be refunded).

PRE-VIEWED PRODUCT: If you are unsatisfied with your Superland PRE-VIEWED purchase and the merchandise is unopened we will be happy to exchange it for you, for the same title, if  available, for another title or store credit. (Merchandise must be unopened, in its original shrink wrap). We can not exchange any Pre-Viewed Product that has been opened.

Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.

Important Information

Special order and open product are non-returnable.

Prior to returning product, contents must be well packaged to assure safe arrival. Product must be unopened, and in re-salable condition. We recommend using the original packaging for shipment.

Shipments must be received pre-paid at our returns facility. Any COD shipments will not be accepted.

Returns Procedure

Please follow these simple steps to ensure your fast returns and appropriate new shipment or credit.

1. Contact Customer Service

You must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns cannot be accepted without this number. You may contact Customer Service in any of the following ways:

2. Information Needed

Please have the following information ready before you call or as part of your e-mail or fax:

Order confirmation number

Your name

Your e-mail address

3. Pack and Send

Fill out the return label (provided on the back of your invoice), including your RA#. Returns cannot be accepted without authorization and must have a valid RA# (Return Authorization Number).

Enclose merchandise and this completed form in a sturdy package (the original package is preferred).

Enclose the original packing slip / invoice in the package.

Affix the return label to the outside of the package and send to the following address:
